Eco-Logik Labs is the research and commercialization layer of Eco-Logik Ventures Inc. Its work must connect to a defined research question, commercial opportunity, portfolio need, client demand, or defensible intellectual property. Labs is not a vague innovation label.

Focus areas

• Research and development — directed experiments on multi-agent systems, tool orchestration, evaluation harnesses, and applied AI patterns emerging from live consultancy work.
• Prototypes — small, bounded builds that test the riskiest assumptions of a portfolio venture or client engagement before major commitment.
• Intellectual property and patents — capture and stewardship of shared or parent-funded IP: software, architectures, algorithms, methodologies, data models, patents, trademarks, copyrights.
• Publications — field-guide essays, technical notes, and pattern documentation that leave the company smarter and build market credibility.

Operating principle

Every Labs project passes a strategic-link check before receiving parent resources: a defined research question or commercial hypothesis, connection to a portfolio need or defensible IP, bounded budget and stop condition, and documented outcomes whether success or failure.

What we do not do

We do not use the Labs identity for ordinary client consulting rebranded as research, speculative IP filings without commercial value, innovation-theatre publications, or prototypes without a defined next-step decision.
