Eco-Logik Foundation is currently in formation. Legal, registered-charity, and program status are being established. Please do not treat this page as a fundraising channel until we announce operating readiness.

Eco-Logik Foundation is the charity and philanthropy entity of Eco-Logik Ventures Inc. Its mission is to support community, education, health, and sustainability initiatives that create opportunity and drive positive social impact.

Program themes

Communities — local community initiatives in Canada and Ghana that strengthen social infrastructure, connection, and mutual support.
Education — learning-access programs, skills development, and youth-focused initiatives that expand opportunity.
Sustainability — practical environmental initiatives with measurable, documented outcomes.
Giving and social impact — structured giving programs that connect resources to communities that need them.

Governance separation

Eco-Logik Foundation’s charitable mission is kept clearly separated from the commercial activities of Eco-Logik Ventures Inc., elogik solutions, and the portfolio ventures.

Foundation funds, obligations, claims, beneficiaries, and partnerships stay separate from consultancy revenue and venture traction.
Charitable activity does not imply commercial customer traction.
Commercial activity does not imply charitable status or tax deductibility.
No cross-marketing that collapses the two identities.

We are being direct about what we are not yet, until the corresponding evidence is in place:

We are not yet a registered charity in Canada.
We are not yet a registered charity in Ghana.
We are not yet a tax-deductible donation channel.
We are not yet an active grant-maker.
We are not yet a partner to specific community organizations.
